Before you start

Our water care instructions refer to the average use of a whirlpool. The quantities are designed for four times a week use by two people with a duration of 20 - 30 minutes per bath.If there are problems with the water quality, the dosage can and should be increased.Particularly in the initial period with new whirlpools and with fresh water, it may be necessary to increase the specified quantities.Also if strangers use your whirlpool more often, there may be an increased dirt input.Water care is not rocket science. If, contrary to expectations, there are problems, it is often sufficient to increase the amount of shock added.However, in the case of persistent problems, deposits in the pipes can also be the cause.

If possible, keep a log, it will help our support team to solve your problem as quickly as possible. The log should contain the following:

• Which products were used?
• In what quantities were the products dosed? Please provide the doses with the date.
• The measurement result approx. 10 hours after dosing
• pH value at measurement
• How many people were in the whirlpool, how often and for how long? Please mark the dates of the baths.
